Last night one of my best friends and I treated ourselves to some of the best sushi I've had in a while! As much as the man and I frequent Birkdale Village, we've never eaten at Eez Fusion. Cambria (remember her from my college post?) and I had a wonderful dinner followed up with TCBY fro-yo and Planet of the Apes. For those of you who live around Charlotte, Birkdale Village is a must visit. They have an amazing theater, wonderful restaurants, great shopping, and a "village" outdoor environment. Planet of the Apes was amazing, by the way! I've wanted to see it for a while, but waited to see it with Cambria! In conclusion, if you decide to try Eez Fusion, be prepared to be wowed and order the Bento Box!
…Now, I need to go out and get some Sushi….:)
